Solutions

We adopted a user-centric approach focused on delivering intuitive and personalized experiences for both pet owners and service providers. The solution included dual user registration with tailored onboarding flows, sitter verification through document uploads, and detailed pet profiles for owners. To support service management, we enabled catalog customization for sitters and intuitive discovery and filtering tools for owners, paired with transparent pricing and real-time availability. A structured 5-step booking system allowed for seamless appointment scheduling, tracking, and status updates. The platform also featured secure transaction processing, a digital wallet, in-app messaging, smart notifications, and automated reminders. To build trust, we implemented ratings and reviews, vaccination verification, and service completion confirmation.
